interfax.ru (Russian) —

Power outages have been introduced in cities across southern, western, and eastern Crimea, including Alushta, Saki, Yevpatoria, and Kerch, local authorities reported on Tuesday. Officials cited reduced power capacities as the reason for rolling blackouts. In Saki, electricity may be supplied for three hours followed by three hours without, while Kerch has a schedule of three hours on and twelve hours off. In Yevpatoria, most of the city is without power due to emergency repairs on external networks. Earlier, Sevastopol's governor announced restrictions following an attack on energy infrastructure outside the region.
