US President Donald Trump disputed the FBI's claim that North Korean hackers were behind the Binance cryptocurrency exchange robbery, stating the matter is still under investigation. He promised to discuss the issue with North Korea if the accusation proves true. Trump made the remarks while answering journalists' questions at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, saying the US is not certain the attack originated from North Korea. The FBI had previously accused North Korean hackers of stealing over six billion dollars from the platform. Western media had earlier speculated that North Korean hackers may have stolen the Binance crypto assets. The White House's rapid response service posted Trump's comments on the social platform X.
