Ulyanovsk drone attack injuries rise to 15, governor says

The number of people injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on civilian targets in Ulyanovsk has risen to 15, according to regional Governor Alexei Russkikh. Four people were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds, bruises, and fractures, while 11 others received outpatient care. The attack on September 25 targeted an industrial enterprise but also damaged residential buildings, prompting additional hospital beds and an emergency operational headquarters. Schools and vocational institutions canceled classes due to the attack, and Russia's Investigative Committee has opened a terrorism case. Dozens of drones were shot down during the mass strike.
