Israel condemns Russian strike on Kyiv that killed 14-year-old citizen

Israel condemned a Russian strike on Kyiv that killed a 14-year-old Israeli citizen and wounded 20 people, including the boy's mother. The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued the statement following the overnight attack. The ministry expressed condolences to the families of all victims of recent Russian strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded. The attack also damaged the building of the High Council of Justice. Russian forces continued attacking Kyiv throughout the day, with at least 31 people injured, including two children, and one child killed. A drone strike also hit the Inkom business center in the Solomianskyi district, causing casualties.
