Drone Attacks in Russia's Ulyanovsk and Belgorod Regions Kill One, Injure Nine

Eight people, including a child, were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia's Ulyanovsk region on Friday morning, damaging industrial and civilian infrastructure, Governor Alexei Russkikh said. In Russia's Belgorod region, one civilian was killed and another wounded when a drone struck a truck overnight, the regional operational headquarters said. Voronezh region Governor Alexander Gusev reported 88 drones destroyed overnight, with four injuries and damage to buildings and vehicles. Separately, Perm region Governor Dmitry Makhonin said air defence units were repelling a "massive" drone attack targeting an industrial facility, with no preliminary reports of casualties.
