Ukrainian drone strikes kill one, injure eight across Russian regions

A Ukrainian drone attack on Russia's Ulyanovsk region on Friday morning injured eight people, including a child, and damaged industrial and civilian infrastructure, according to Governor Alexei Russkikh. In the Belgorod region, one civilian was killed and another wounded when a drone struck a truck overnight. In the Voronezh region, Governor Alexander Gusev said air defence forces destroyed 88 drones overnight, with four people injured and residential buildings, vehicles, and industrial facilities damaged. Separately, Perm region Governor Dmitry Makhonin reported that air defence units were repelling a "massive" drone attack targeting an industrial facility, with no preliminary reports of casualties.
