Ukrainian drones strike Russian defense plant and oil refinery in Ulyanovsk and Perm

Explosions occurred in the Russian cities of Ulyanovsk and Perm on the night of September 25, striking a defense plant and an oil refinery. The attacks damaged the Iskra plant and the Lukoil-owned Perm refinery. In Ulyanovsk, the Iskra plant, part of the Almaz-Antey concern, was hit. This facility produces weapons and air defense systems, including digital units and microwave modules for radar. In Perm, the Lukoil refinery, processing over 13 million tons of oil annually, was targeted. The refinery produces gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, making it one of Russia's largest. Separately, drones also attacked occupied Luhansk on the same night, hitting a hypermarket.
