Russian drone strike damages Kyiv office building in Solomensky district

An explosion occurred in Kyiv's Solomensky district after a Russian drone struck a five-story office building, damaging its facade and windows and sparking a fire. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported the incident on September 25. The air raid alert was announced at 18:05, with explosions heard minutes later as Ukrainian Air Forces warned of a jet drone over the city. Earlier that day, a Russian drone attack on another office building in the same district killed six people and injured at least ten, including a 17-year-old. In the Pechersky district, a drone hit a high-rise between floors 7-10, killing a 14-year-old boy. The Shevchensky district saw the High Council of Justice building damaged, injuring six people and temporarily suspending its operations.
