Drone strikes hit Russian oil refinery and military plant

A mass drone attack on multiple Russian regions overnight targeted industrial facilities, including a major oil refinery, a military plant, and a large enterprise, causing fires and confirmed strikes. Local authorities have acknowledged the attack. In Ulyanovsk, the "Zavod Iskra" research and production enterprise, part of the Almaz-Antey concern, was hit. It produces components for guided missiles Kh-59M2/M2A. In Perm, a fire broke out at the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery, with damage reported to an AVT-5 unit and pipelines. The Perm refinery processes over 13 million tons of oil annually and supplies fuel domestically and for export. It previously suspended operations after an August 21 attack. Explosions were also reported in Voronezh, likely targeting the Voronezhsyntezkauchuk plant. Earlier, a strike on the Moscow refinery disabled over 45% of Russia's refining capacity.
