Ukrainian drones strike Russian refineries and plants across five regions

On the night of September 25, drones attacked multiple regions of Russia, with explosions reported near Sochi, Voronezh, Ulyanovsk, and Perm, targeting refineries and industrial plants. In the Krasnodar Krai, explosions occurred near Sochi, while OSINT analysts assess a likely strike on the Novoshakhtinsk refinery in Rostov Oblast. In Voronezh, residents reported air defense activity, and in Ulyanovsk, the "Iskra" plant, a producer of electronic components for the Almaz-Antey concern, was reportedly hit. An attack on the Perm refinery was also reported. The same night, a "Stroycenter" hypermarket in occupied Luhansk, allegedly used as a Russian logistics hub, caught fire. Ukrainian forces also struck two oil depots in Russia's Southern Federal District.
