Russian drone kills DTEK energy worker in Odesa region

A Russian drone struck a DTEK energy workers' vehicle in the Odesa region, killing one employee and injuring another. The attack occurred on September 25, according to regional governor Oleh Kiper and DTEK's press service. The vehicle had moved away from a substation after an air raid alert, but the drone changed course and targeted the car. Russian forces also launched mass attacks on civilian and critical infrastructure in the region, damaging an infrastructure facility and an enterprise building, with three people reported injured overall. Fires from the attacks were quickly extinguished by rescuers. Earlier that morning, a massive Russian strike on Odesa and the region killed one person and injured another, damaging a postal terminal building and warehouses, while a private house caught fire in the city.
