Zelensky: Russia fired over 100 ballistic missiles at Kyiv region in two weeks
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Russia launched over 100 ballistic missiles at Kyiv and the surrounding region within two weeks. Zelensky stated on October 27 that defending against Russian ballistic missiles is currently difficult, primarily due to a shortage of Patriot missiles. He noted multiple Russian ballistic attacks have occurred since October 14, with the strikes targeting the capital and its region. The president said Ukraine is doing everything possible to protect its energy, infrastructure, and logistics. He also announced expectations for a trilateral format involving Ukrainian, American, and Russian representatives in November, emphasizing that Europe should participate in all diplomatic efforts and decisions.
