Ukraine must burn Russian defense plants for every victim — Budanov

Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's presidential office, stated on October 29 that Russia's military-industrial facilities must burn for every Ukrainian victim, urging Ukraine and the free world to respond with real force to Russian mass killings of civilians. Budanov emphasized that only military strength from Ukraine and its partners can stop daily deaths from bombs, drones, and missiles. His statement followed a Russian drone strike on a railway station in Dnipro that killed 14 people. The attack hit a platform where a passenger train was boarding. Ukrzaliznytsia called it a "vile strike" and warned that all stations, platforms, and trains across Ukraine are now priority targets for the enemy, urging maximum vigilance.
