Ukraine's Budanov: Russian defense plants must burn for every Ukrainian life lost

Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's presidential office, demanded a forceful response from partners to Russian mass attacks that killed civilians in Dnipro, Kremenchuk, and Chernihiv, stating Russian military-industrial facilities must burn for every Ukrainian victim. Budanov said Russia demonstrated its true attitude toward peace through demonstrative mass killings of civilians in several cities in one day, calling for Ukraine and the free world to respond with real force to destroy Moscow's ability to commit aggression. The attacks on October 29 included a drone strike on a Dnipro railway station killing 14, a drone hit on a Kremenchuk apartment building killing 3, and an attack on Chernihiv's center killing two 15-year-old girls.
