Russian Ombudsman Flies to Alyoshky with Foreign Journalists for Humanitarian Mission
Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova has launched a humanitarian mission in Alyoshky, Kherson region, flying there with foreign journalists during a silence regime in effect from October 27 to November 1. Lantratova said the group includes journalists from the United States, proposed by the American side, and other countries. Melania Trump stated four American journalists would observe the mission, and Newsmax reporters have already arrived. About 2,000 residents remain in Alyoshky without electricity or gas. The ceasefire was brokered October 23 with Melania Trump's mediation, involving Lantratova and Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Lubinets. The mission will evacuate residents or deliver food, medicine, and essentials.
