A Ukrainian delegation led by Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets departed on October 29 for occupied Oleshky in the Kherson region, where a ceasefire is in effect to enable a humanitarian operation. The mission aims to deliver humanitarian aid to residents and work on ensuring their safe evacuation, according to parliamentary leader Davyd Arakhamia and Lubinets.
