IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi stated that "the war is not over" and that Iran would deploy new weapons, alter military tactics, and shift targets. The warning follows rapid Houthi advances in Yemen, capturing Red Sea coastal territory and tightening control over a key maritime chokepoint. The warning comes as Trump has refrained from fresh strikes and reportedly seeks a face-saving exit from the conflict, with mediators attempting to restart US-Iran negotiations. Trump has suggested the war will end after the US mid-term elections.
