Iran rules out reopening Hormuz or US talks until Washington meets Tehran's conditions

Iran has ruled out reopening the Strait of Hormuz or resuming talks with the United States until Washington meets Tehran's conditions, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said, escalating tensions between the two countries.
