US Issues Iran Travel Warning, Urges Citizens to Leave West Asia

The United States has issued a new travel warning for Iran, urging American citizens to leave immediately due to rising regional tensions and potential escalation across West Asia. The US Virtual Embassy in Iran cited a complex security environment, warning of possible flight cancellations, airspace closures and other travel disruptions. It also noted Iranian-supported Houthi forces have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including attacks on civilian airports, with potential for rapid escalation.
