Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has declared that its conflict with the United States and allies is "not over," warning it is prepared for a prolonged confrontation in West Asia. In an interview with Al-Alam News Network, IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi stated Iranian forces are ready for a "long-term war" and will respond to any fresh escalation. He warned that any new US offensive would prompt Iran to change its weaponry and the geography of the war.
