US working on Zelensky-Putin meeting, Ukraine says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the United States is working on arranging his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelensky stated that the US has proposals for the meeting to take place in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the US during the G20 summit, though no confirmation has come from Russia or the US. He also did not rule out a European location, saying Europeans are beginning to make contact on the matter. Zelensky added that a new meeting of the Ukrainian delegation with Trump's special representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner may occur next week. He also said sanctions relief for Russia will likely continue, calling the Putin-Trump "diesel deal" only a first step.
