rbc.ua (Ukrainian) —

Drones struck the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region overnight on September 26, causing a major fire, while authorities introduced the "Kover" plan at Krasnodar airport, halting civilian flights. Residents reported loud explosions after midnight, with drone activity continuing until around 2 a.m. Footage showed a crimson glow and intense blaze at the refinery. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev has not officially confirmed the incident. The Ilsky refinery, a key facility in southern Russia with an annual capacity of 6.6 million tons, has been repeatedly targeted by drones, including attacks last month and in July.
