Drones hit Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region, sparking fire

Drones attacked the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region, causing a fire at the facility. The attack began around midnight, with local residents reporting explosions and air defense activity in Krasnodar. The Ilsky refinery, named after A. A. Shamar, is located in the Seversky district about 50 kilometers from Krasnodar. It has an annual capacity of approximately 6.6 million tons of oil and is one of the leading refining enterprises in southern Russia, with its products used to supply Russian military forces. Raw materials are delivered via Transneft pipelines. There is no official confirmation of the attack yet. The incident follows similar explosions reported in Ulyanovsk and Perm on the night of September 25, where a factory and an oil refinery were also targeted.
