Drone debris damaged a residential building and caused fires at two local enterprises, with emergency services responding at the scene. Separately, a state of emergency was previously declared in the Kuban region due to agricultural sales disruptions, attributed to attacks on logistics infrastructure and port closures that have created a grain surplus on the domestic market.
