Flávio Bolsonaro reportedly entered US via Florida, BBC says
Brazilian Senator Flávio Bolsonaro reportedly arrived in Florida after leaving Brazil despite a court order to surrender his passports, according to the BBC. He allegedly met his brother, Eduardo Bolsonaro, at the arrival point, though his exact route remains unclear. Federal Police sources suspect the escape was coordinated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the case has been reported to Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes. Flávio allegedly used an Italian passport to enter the U.S., where he plans to claim political persecution and seek asylum from Donald Trump's government. Flávio faces two investigations at the Supreme Court, with no arrest warrant issued but only passport seizure ordered. Sources close to Moraes suggest he may now order Flávio's arrest and add him to Interpol's list. Flávio is expected to hold a press conference on Wednesday, October 28.
