Ukrainian strikes hit Russian command points and Buk-M3 in occupied Zaporizhzhia

Ukrainian forces struck Russian drone control points, a training ground, and a Buk-M3 air defense system in occupied Zaporizhzhia Oblast, while drone attacks disrupted Russian logistics on the road to Crimea. The strikes on September 18-19 hit five drone control points, including two near Novoprokopivka, and the "Vostochny" training ground. The Buk-M3, destroyed near Ukrainka, marked the 300th confirmed target of the "PPOpad-2026" operation, according to commander Robert Brovdi. Russian carriers reported new difficulties on the R-280 highway near Osypenko and Melitopol, with traffic via Chongar temporarily rerouted. Ukrainian drones also targeted Russian electronic warfare units protecting the route, while leaflets were dropped over occupied Kherson Oblast urging non-cooperation.
