Russian drone attack on Kyiv injures five, damages homes

A Russian drone attack on Kyiv's Dneprovsky district injured five people and damaged four apartment buildings, with an investigation now underway. The attack occurred overnight into Tuesday, September 22. Three people, including an elderly married couple, suffered cuts, while two others experienced acute stress reactions and were treated on site. One building's first-floor apartments were partially destroyed, and residents from floors one through five were evacuated. Kyiv's prosecutor's office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war. A separate fire in warehouse facilities in the Holoseyevsky district was also extinguished.
