Russian drone strikes hit critical infrastructure in Poltava, Chernihiv, and Kirovohrad regions

Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure in Poltava region with a drone, causing a fire, according to regional governor Vitaliy Dyakivnych. The strike is part of a broader overnight assault on multiple Ukrainian regions. In Chernihiv region, a drone hit a enterprise in Novhorod-Siverskyi district, damaging agricultural equipment and injuring cattle, with no human casualties reported. In Kropyvnytskyi district, an infrastructure facility was struck, wounding one worker, though the fire was extinguished. Ukraine's Air Force reported Russia launched 172 attack drones and munitions overnight, with air defense downing 147. Strikes hit 14 locations, including Kyiv, where a large warehouse fire occurred in Boiarka, and Zaporizhzhia, where a historic university building burned and five people were injured.
