Saudi Forces Intercept Houthi Missile Targeting Riyadh

Saudi-led coalition forces intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile fired by Houthi forces targeting Riyadh, with no casualties or damage reported. Coalition spokesman Major General Turki al-Maliki confirmed the missile was destroyed in the air using defense systems in compliance with legal engagement rules. He stated the coalition is monitoring the situation to protect Saudi security, civilians, and critical facilities. The Houthis also launched attacks on Bish, Taif, Farzan, and Yanbu, all of which were thwarted. Al-Maliki said the coalition reserves the right to take necessary action under international law against future attacks.
