Ukraine's drone forces hit 300 Russian shadow fleet vessels in 11 weeks

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces have struck 300 vessels of Russia's shadow fleet in 11 weeks as part of Operation MoLoChKa, the force's press service reported on Tuesday, September 21. During the operation, Ukrainian units disabled 134 vessels in the Sea of Azov and 166 in the Black Sea. On September 9, a strike on Russia's Novorossiysk naval base destroyed several ships, including missile carriers. Commander Robert Brovdi reported a drone attack on Anapa that destroyed a Su-33 fighter, Mi-8 helicopter, and two radar systems. The broader blockade of occupied Crimea aims to cut supply lines to Russian forces in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
