Moscow hit by largest Ukrainian drone attack, mayor says

Moscow was hit by its largest-ever Ukrainian drone attack overnight, with 450 drones shot down, killing two people and striking a major oil refinery and a residential building, according to Moscow's mayor. Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called it the "most massive" assault on the capital. Regional governor Andrei Vorobyev reported at least two deaths and 20 injuries. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Kyiv struck a "key" Russian oil facility and logistics base, saying the targets were assets worth billions that sustain Russia's war machine. The attack coincided with Russia's parliamentary elections, which Sobyanin said the strike aimed to disrupt. Ukrainian officials reported nine deaths from Russian strikes on Saturday, including three children.
