Russia strikes 10 Ukrainian regions overnight, killing civilians and wounding dozens

Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with drones and missiles, striking at least 10 regions and causing casualties. The assault targeted civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, a shopping center, and railway facilities. In Zaporizhzhia, six people were injured after strikes hit a shopping center, a university building, and apartment blocks. In Kharkiv region, a woman was killed and three wounded in Lozova, where homes and railway infrastructure were damaged. A worker was hospitalized in Kirovohrad region, while a large fire broke out at supermarket warehouses in Odesa. Kyiv region saw 34 objects damaged across five districts, with no fatalities reported. In Donetsk region, one person died in Kramatorsk and ten were injured, with additional deaths in other settlements. President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attacks as deliberate escalation, noting Russia shows signs of preparing to expand the war.
