Russian drone strike kills four, including three children, in Kyiv region

A Russian drone attack on the Kyiv region killed four people, including three children, Ukrainian authorities reported on Sunday. The overnight strike hit a private home, killing a mother and her two 3-year-old children, while a girl died in hospital after a separate attack. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported one injury from drone fragments in the capital, where attacks persisted throughout the day. Regional governor Tymur Tkachenko said the Fastiv district sustained the most damage, with over 24 sites hit, including homes and industrial buildings. Russian forces also struck near an apartment building in Sumy, killing one person, and shelling in Kramatorsk claimed another life. Russia did not acknowledge the strikes, while Moldova denounced a drone intrusion near its capital.
