Russian strikes on Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih kill four in Dnipro

Russian forces attacked Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih overnight on September 22 with ballistic, anti-ship, and cruise missiles and drones, killing at least four people in Dnipro and injuring others. In Dnipro, four civilians died and six were injured in a strike on an Interpipe plant, halting production and damaging key equipment.
