Russian strike on Kyiv apartment building injures four, sparks fire

Russian forces struck a residential five-story building in Kyiv's Dniprovskyi district overnight, injuring four people and sparking a fire. The State Emergency Service reported a fire in the basement, destruction on the first floor, and facade damage. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and rescued 15 people; three of the four injured were hospitalized. No fatalities were reported. The attack occurred during a massive Russian aerial strike using drones and ballistic missiles across Ukraine, targeting industrial facilities in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Pavlohrad, where three people were injured. Parts of Chernihiv region lost power.
