Russian ballistic missiles strike Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Pavlohrad

On the night of September 22, Russian forces launched ballistic missile strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region, with explosions reported in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Pavlohrad, causing fires at industrial sites. Regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha said the attacks simultaneously targeted industrial enterprises in all three cities, where fires broke out. Kryvyi Rih defense council head Oleksandr Vilkul confirmed the strike, warning of possible further launches and additional cruise missile attacks on the same targets. Monitoring channels reported four ballistic missiles hit Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih each, with at least three more striking Pavlohrad. The Ukrainian Air Force had warned of ballistic threats from Russia's Voronezh area at 1:58 a.m. before detecting high-speed targets heading toward the region.
