novinky.cz (Czech) —

Ukraine struck one of Russia's largest oil refineries and a Wildberries warehouse in the Ryazan region overnight, causing fires and power outages. One person was injured. The Ryazan refinery, among Russia's top four by processing volume, handles up to 17 million tons of oil annually, nearly five percent of national capacity. It supplies Moscow and the military-industrial complex with fuel products. The facility had recently resumed operations after previous Ukrainian attacks. Governor Pavel Malkov confirmed drone debris damaged infrastructure, broke school windows, and disrupted electricity, with rescue teams assessing damage.
