Drones Strike Ryazan: Wildberries Hub and Oil Refinery Burn After Attack

news.telegraf.com.ua (Russian) —

On the night of November 5, kamikaze drones attacked the Russian city of Ryazan, causing multiple explosions and fires at a Wildberries logistics hub and a local oil refinery. The refinery, part of Rosneft, processes 17-18 million tons of oil annually and supplies aviation fuel and diesel to the Russian military. It was previously attacked on October 15. Local residents report the Wildberries facility near Tyushevo village is burning, though OSINT analysts have not yet confirmed this; the site was also targeted on July 29. Attacks on Wildberries warehouses began July 18, affecting all key logistics complexes. Analyst Sergei Semko estimated potential damage to the marketplace's managing company at 147-280 billion rubles, with seller losses at 445-507 billion rubles. The company has since purchased metal mesh for facilities in eight regions and sought warehouse space abroad, including Kazakhstan. Wildberries has been used for military supplies and parallel imports, including equipment for FPV drones and sanctioned electronics.
