Russia Strikes Kyiv Again With Ballistic Missiles

ua.korrespondent.net (Ukrainian) —

Russia launched a second ballistic missile strike on Kyiv overnight on October 27, following an initial attack late on October 26. Up to 10 explosions were heard in the capital by 3:45 AM. The Ukrainian Air Force issued warnings of ballistic missile threats before the blasts, reporting multiple launches aimed at Kyiv. The strikes followed an earlier attack that hit a university, Kyoto Park, an area near a metro station, and residential buildings. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the earlier ballistic strike, which injured ten people, mostly students from a university dormitory. The attacks mark a renewed escalation of Russian strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
