Ukrainian air defenders down 29 Shahed and Gerbera drones in a week over Mykolaiv region

Ukrainian air defenders from the Kherson 208th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade destroyed 29 Russian Shahed and Gerbera drones over the past week in the Mykolaiv region, as shown in video released on Sunday, October 25. The brigade's Molfar interceptor drone crew eliminated the enemy unmanned aerial vehicles during the week, with footage depicting the downing of a Shahed. The military stated the sky will remain free. Shahed drones are Iranian-made UAVs also produced in Russia as Geran, capable of speeds up to 600 km/h and ranges of 2,500 kilometers, with warheads up to 90 kilograms. On the night of October 25, Russia attacked Ukraine with 153 drones of various types.
