Russian drone strike on Vinnytsia apartment building injures six

A Russian drone strike on a residential building in Vinnytsia on the morning of October 25 injured six people, with damage reported between the second and third floors. The attack destroyed four apartments and damaged nearby parked cars. One person was hospitalized. Regional authorities also reported damage to critical infrastructure, private homes, and a nursing home, from which 15 residents were evacuated. Over 60 emergency workers and 14 units of equipment are at the scene clearing debris, with all fires extinguished. The overnight drone attack on Vinnytsia and the region also caused partial power outages.
