Russia, Ukraine, and China prepare for possible trilateral summit on Ukraine
Russia has begun organizational preparations for a trilateral summit between Presidents Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Donald Trump, according to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov, who stated Moscow, Beijing, and Washington are in principle ready for the meeting. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported four people killed and 22 wounded, including an 11-year-old girl, in Russian attacks on the Dnipro region. Russia also launched 153 drones overnight, with Ukrainian forces downing 119, while a drone strike on Vinnytsia damaged a residential building and caused partial blackouts. Ushakov said Moscow is ready to resume trilateral negotiations on Ukraine after November 4, with Abu Dhabi under consideration as a venue. Putin dismissed European accusations of Russian-orchestrated protests as weakness. Ukraine struck targets in Russia's Perm and Belgorod regions, while Trump expressed interest in business with both nations post-war.
