rbc.ua (Ukrainian) —

A Russian attack on the night of October 26 damaged an energy facility in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, leading to emergency power outages in the area. Energy workers are already on site working to restore electricity, according to the head of the regional military administration, Serhii Tiurin. The attack also blew out windows in two residential buildings, with no casualties reported. Ukraine's energy situation remains strained, as Ukrenergo introduced power outage schedules for October 26 across several regions, limiting industrial capacity and rotating household outages. The previous day, a grid accident left parts of three Kyiv districts without power.
