rbc.ua (Ukrainian) —

A Russian drone attack damaged a residential apartment building in Kharkiv on the morning of October 25, with no reported casualties from this strike. Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed the damage in the Osnovyanskyi district, where municipal services are working to address the aftermath. A separate drone strike on the Novobavarskyi district damaged four cars, also without injuries. The attacks follow an overnight assault that hit a shopping center and civilian enterprise, causing fires and injuring four people, including three rescuers. Reports suggest the overnight target may have been the last "Epitsentr" shopping center in Kharkiv. The city has faced repeated Russian drone attacks throughout October.
