Ukraine's FP-1 drones hit Voronezh rubber plant, Russia says
Russia reported a massive drone attack on the Voronezh region, with the governor claiming 113 drones were shot down and two people killed. Ukrainian company Fire Point confirmed its FP-1 drones struck the Voronezhsyntezkauchuk plant. The plant, owned by Sibur, produces synthetic rubber used in tires for military aviation, armored vehicles, and rocket construction. Governor Alexander Gusev reported fires at several industrial sites, a business center, residential buildings, and other locations, plus damage to a train traveling from Anapa to Moscow. Ukraine's General Staff previously confirmed striking this facility in September, stating it produces solid rocket fuel for Iskander ballistic missiles. The attack follows recent Ukrainian drone strikes on other Russian industrial targets, including plants in Omsk, Oryol, and the Moscow region.
