Ukrainian drone attack on Voronezh kills two, injures 17
A massive Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian city of Voronezh overnight killed two people and injured 17 others, according to regional governor Alexander Gusev. The strike caused widespread damage, including fires at industrial sites and a residential block. The casualties included one child, and five people were hurt when drone debris fell on a train traveling from Anapa to Moscow. The attack targeted the Voronezh Aircraft Plant, a strategic aviation facility, and the Northern Bridge, with explosions reported across several city districts. The drone strike also damaged a business center, a school stadium, and at least ten cars, with facade damage recorded in nearly all city neighborhoods. This followed a previous Ukrainian attack on Voronezh on October 23, which targeted the Baltimor military airfield.
