war.obozrevatel.com (Ukrainian) —

On the night of October 25, Ukrainian forces launched new drone attacks on several Russian regions, targeting industrial enterprises and shopping centers, causing large fires. The strikes hit the Megagrinn shopping mall in Belgorod and the Avisma chemical-metallurgical plant in Perm Krai. In Belgorod, the Megagrinn mall, one of the region's largest with over 200 stores, was hit while closed, and residential buildings were damaged by Russian air defense debris. Governor Alexander Shuaev reported 200 drones downed, two men killed, one injured person died in hospital, and 13 people wounded, seven hospitalized. The Avisma plant, Russia's key producer of titanium sponge and magnesium alloys, sustained minor damage and continues operating normally, according to local officials. Titanium from this facility is used in Russian military aircraft, engines, and missile systems, including Su-57 fighters and Kalibr missiles.
