Ukrainian missile strike on Yelets kills guard, injures six

A Ukrainian missile attack on an industrial zone in Yelets, Lipetsk region, killed a security guard and injured six people, according to Governor Igor Artamonov. A fire at the site has been contained. One hospitalized worker underwent surgery for a metal fragment wound to the thigh. Five others sought medical help, including two for smoke inhalation. Damage was also reported to a college and residential buildings. The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a probe into the attack. Rocket danger alerts were issued four times in the region on October 25.
