Antonelli Two Points from F1 Title in Mexico: All Scenarios
Italian authorities arrested Youssef Siher, administrator of the 'Movimento 17 ottobre' social media page and Telegram chat, on charges including incitement to commit crimes with terrorism aims. Prosecutors say his detention prevented a planned riot on October 24, 2026. The 30-year-old Italian of Moroccan origin allegedly used a Telegram group with over 6,000 members to incite violence and urban guerrilla tactics following October 17-18 unrest in Milan. Police seized his devices and are investigating potential links to a Genoa probe into Hamas financing. Siher, a freelance journalist and researcher, remains held in San Vittore prison. His wife Sagia Hammoud is also under investigation. Authorities cited flight risk and his effective incitement that created public fear, leading to shop closures and heavy police deployment.
