British sprinter Amy Hunt has joined female athletes criticising a viral betting advert starring actress Sydney Sweeney, which features Sweeney naked and partially covered by sporting equipment. Hunt spoke out after finishing fourth in the 200m final at the Ultimate Championship in Budapest on Sunday. Hunt, a four-time European champion, told BBC Sport after running a season's best 22.10 seconds: "Sydney Sweeney, this is what women in sport look like." She highlighted winner Melissa Jefferson-Wooden's 21.47-second time, the fourth fastest ever, adding "Muscles. Hard work, blood, sweat, tears." The backlash has spread across sports, with athletes posting training videos and career struggles. American gymnast Gracie Kramer started the trend with a montage captioned "I don't know what Sydney Sweeney was doing, but this is what women in sport look like." Sweeney, 29, is known for Euphoria and films including Anyone But You.
